“It doesn’t get much greener than essential oils: when used correctly, they are among Mother Nature’s most potent remedies.”― Amy Leigh Mercree, Essential Oils Handbook: Recipes for Natural Living

AROMATIC

Aromatic, the most common use of essential oils.

The air we breathe is a big deal when it comes to our wellness. To get the great benefits of essential oils, you can:

  • rub a drop of essential oil on your hands, cup them over your nose, and breathe deeply
  • add a few drops of essential oils in your cold-water diffuser

TOPICAL

Topically is a great way to apply essential oils; their therapeutic properties can be absorbed into your skin, spread over a larger area, and also you use less essential oil overall. In case of skin sensitivity, it's recommended to use it with a carrier oil.

  • add a drop of essential oil into your palm, rub it over the back of your neck, on the bottom of your feet, or any localized area that needs it

INTERNAL

Only use pure essential oils labeled for consumption -- Young Living's Plus Essential Oils

Please do not ingest essential oils unless you have done your own research, are fully aware of what you are doing, are very sure that the oils are safe for ingestion and also adhere to their specific suggested usage.

  • add a drop to a glass bottle with plain water or honey water, and shake well before drinking 😉
