The air we breathe is a big deal when it comes to our wellness. To get the great benefits of essential oils, you can:

  • rub a drop of essential oil on your hands, cup them over your nose, and breathe deeply
  • add a few drops of essential oils in your cold-water diffuser

Topically is a great way to apply essential oils; their therapeutic properties can be absorbed into your skin, spread over a larger area, and also you use less essential oil overall. In case of skin sensitivity, it's recommended to use it with a carrier oil.

  • add a drop of essential oil into your palm, rub it over the back of your neck, on the bottom of your feet, or any localized area that needs it
